1. Definitions and Interpretation

7.2 Account Suspension and Closure

Upon Account suspension or closure, all pending bets will be settled according to standard procedures, and any remaining Account Balance (excluding bonus funds or fraudulently obtained winnings) will be returned to the User after deduction of any applicable fees or charges. In cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity, jl899 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and may report such activity to law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
